Many parts of the world are celebrating Halloween, but none of the traditional Halloween stuff is really customary to Finland. We don’t usually carve pumpkins or dress up, although in years it has also been commercialized in Finland. I don’t see a reason for impoting another foreign tradition when we already have a similar tradition of our own. Here’s, however, a Finnish take on pumpking carving, nicely executed by Henna: a scary cucumber! Shot with X Canon PowerShot A720 IS.
